In all subject areas students are developing employability skills and knowledge they will need in life beyond school.

Teachers of Lifeskills and Academic and Character Enrichment lessons must use training and resources provided to deliver careers education.

In addition subject teachers will highlight key employability skills as students learn and demonstrate them and they will reference their relevance to the world of work.

Teachers inform students of employment possibilities within the scope of their subject specialisms, encouraging and advising on the variety of subject specific careers paths.
