Loughborough University is offering a free opportunity for parents and school staff. 

Step into Health

• Is a distance learning programme that is aimed at individuals taking the time to look at their own lifestyles and make positive changes, whilst achieving a qualification in the process
• Is about you as a person; it is about providing you with the knowledge to keep you fit and healthy
• Encourages you to think about what you are doing instead of just going through the motions enabling you to make decisions for yourself. It is about you discovering ways that you can make a difference as trying to create too much of a change to your life can be all-consuming and not sustainable.
