Maths Challenge Winners


Congratulations to the following students who were recognised in the ‘Intermediate Mathematical Challenge’ run by the UK Mathematics Trust. The competition is aimed at 13-16 year olds and aims to stimulate mathematical thinking and enhance problem solving, over 250,000 students across the UK participated this year. The students have 60 minutes to answer 25 mathematical problems. High scorers are awarded certificates to recognise their success in mathematics. 

Our winners were:

Best in School and Gold Award - Jack Thompson

Silver Award - Zara Platts, Christian Addison, Cian Douglas, Edward Bennion and Harrison Dring.

Bronze Award - Sam McDermott, Andrew Molby, Phoebe Dye, Gemma Lawther and Kiera Pagett
