World Book Day 2016

Head of English, Paul Sidwells said, "Once again World Book Week has been a monumental success with staff and students embracing the idea superbly well. The standards for ‘Dress up Thursday’ exceeded previous years with students (in all Year groups) producing imaginative and creative costumes. The ‘design a book cover’ competition showed that we have students at Ivanhoe with fantastic artistic ability. Similarly, Friday’s ‘Book-related Bake-off’ surpassed all expectations as the entries were of the highest standard. The one thing that has been evident throughout this week is that Ivanhoe has a wonderful array of gifted, creative and talented students."

We hope you enjoy this selection of photos from the day.
