World Book Day 2020

As part of our World Book Day Celebrations all week we have been running a 'Drop Everything and Listen' event. Across the week at set times classes across the school have stopped to make time to listen to some specially selcted book extracts. This is a fantastic opportunity for all of our teachers to read with and to our students.

Click on the links to read for yourself the extracts that were shared.

The Disconnect - Keren David

The Day I was Erased - Lisa Thompson

Oh my Gods - Alexandra Sheppard

The Cell - Jenni Spangler

We also held a very successful Book Swap Event. It really demonstrated how many enthusiastic readers we have in school.
