We are working hard in school to support students with anxiety, and encourage students to communicate with their 'Trusted Adult' or the Care and Guidance Team if they are struggling.
Our school nurses have also provided the following links to resources to assist students who are struggling with anxiety.

If the students have accessed these strategies and still want help, then they can either text for an appointment ( see number below) as nurses will always see face to face self-referrals, regardless of their reason.
The service is available 9am to 5pm every weekday, excluding bank holidays. All texts will be responded to by a public health nurse (health visitor/school nurse) within 24 hours. Outside of the service working hours, you'll receive a message back to inform you that your text will be responded to once the line reopens. Students can self-refer here.
School nurses are also now running Parent Anxiety Sessions. This is aimed at increasing parent’s knowledge of how to help their child/teenager.
