On 27th and 28th April over 30 students performed in this year’s musical production, supported by a team of student
lighting and technical crew. After many weeks of rehearsals they put on 2 fabulous evening shows to packed audiences.
We also welcomed year 5 and 6 students from the Ashby primary schools for a special matinee performance.
Music teacher Miss Poole said, Directing ‘Fame!’ was such a fantastic experience; mainly down to the talent, dedication,
maturity and enthusiasm of the incredible young people involved. The 90 hours of rehearsals and the 3 wonderful
performances will provide the staff and students involved with the production with some wonderful memories. I can’t wait to start our next production!
