MISSION TRANSITION FORM

For your transition to the school, fill out this form by Monday 13th April to be sent all of the Mission Transition key dates and events:

We understand that the move up from primary school to secondary school is a huge change. Some students are confident and can't wait to move up, whilst others may feel more nervous. This is why we have developed Mission Transition as a range of activities and experiences to suit all students' needs as part of your transition process.

Please ensure you complete this form by Monday 13th April to receive your child's information and invitation to Mission Transition events.

DOCUMENTS

You will receive (via post or your child's Primary School) the Pupil Admission Form and the Individual Health Care Plan Form. Please complete these by Monday 13th April and return to Ivanhoe School Reception or to your child's Primary School. You should receive these forms by post by Tuesday 24th March.

If your child has SEND needs please be assured that our Admissions Team will be contacting your child's primary school for further details. You will also be contacted directly about our SEND additional transition activities. 

Key Dates

• Monday 13th April - complete Pupil Admission documents sent to you via post/Primary School and return to Ivanhoe School.
• Monday 13th April - Complete Mission Transition form 
• Monday 15th June - Mission Transition Evening 4pm - 5.30pm.
• Wednesday 1st July - Welcome Evening, 5pm - 7pm for students and parents/carers.
• Thursday 2nd July - Transition day for Year 6 students.
• Tuesday 25th August - first day of Autumn Term.

TRANSPORT

Passenger Travel Solutions (part of Roberts Travel Group) will be providing all the school bus transport to Ivanhoe School for the 2026-27 academic year. 

This includes transport for all the students funded by Leicestershire County Council along with those who buy places on the bus services.
