Our Most Recent Results

The Ivanhoe School 2025 cohort consisted of over 100 students who overall sat external GCSE and vocational examinations in 820 subjects in the summer.  They did well and we were very proud of them as a school community.

• 10% of the grades achieved were grades 9-7 (or equivalent).
• Over 70% of students gained qualifications in 9 subjects. 53% gained at least 5 qualifications of a grade 4 or higher, and 50% of these included English and maths as two of their five qualifications.
• Two students from Year 9 sat examinations in their home language, both gaining a grade 9.
• The highest and broadest sets of results came from students with attendance of 97% or higher, reinforcing the perceived correlation between attendance and achievement.  
• Destinations for our students include the local colleges, with the majority being either Ashby 6th form or Loughborough college to undertake level 3 courses in their chosen subjects.

"Results day at Ivanhoe was a joy to behold.  Students had benefitted from the dedicated staff here providing good lessons. They had worked hard, enjoyed their subjects and were able to realise their next steps.  I know the staff here were very proud."
