YEAR 11 CNAT SPORTS STUDIES TRIP 2026

The Year 11 CNAT Sports Studies students recently visited Leicester Outdoor Persuits Centre as part of their R187 coursework, providing them with an excellent opportunity to experience a range of outdoor and adventurous activities.

Throughout the day, students enthusiastically participated in activities including rock climbing, abseiling, canoeing, and kayaking, developing their confidence, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. The visit gave students valuable practical experience that will support their understanding of the R187 unit, while allowing them to challenge themselves physically and mentally.

All students represented the school exceptionally well, demonstrating enthusiasm, resilience and a positive attitude throughout the visit. It was a highly successful day, and the students thoroughly enjoyed the experience while gaining meaningful insights that will support their coursework studies.
